REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Quality

Planet Limited makes best effort to ensure the quality of the digital goods it sells. We however disclaim the quality of the goods and provide the purchaser with an opportunity to sample the quality of the goods before they purchase.

Returns

Planet Limited stores does not allow the return of digital goods. In the case of a defective file the purchaser can download the goods a further two times with any purchase at no extra cost.

Exchanges

Planet Limited and its subsidiaries including all of its online and mobile shops do not allow the exchange of goods. Further, the exchange of digital goods is not allowed.

Refunds

Your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had the item and how the item was purchased.

Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. In some cases, you may be offered an instant refund option.

If you want to use your refund without waiting for your return to process, you can select the instant refund option, if it's available. Instant refunds are either refunded to your credit card or issued as an Planet Limited voucher.

Planet Limited does not allow refunds for digital goods.
