SAAS
SAAS is a software licensing and delivery model in which software is licensed on a subscription basis and is centrally hosted. It is sometimes referred to as "on-demand software". SAAS is typically accessed by users using a thin client via a web browser. SaaS has become a common delivery model for many business applications.
Our software is integrated into the merchant's application, back office or App and takes care of the complicated integrations needed to bring (and keep) lots of different technologies together into a single, manageable solution platform.
Unlike traditional software, which is conventionally sold as a perpetual license with an up-front cost (and an optional ongoing support fee), we customers to pay as they use, meaning the costs are commensurate with business done and not an onerous, fixed overhead.

Reduced Time
Different from the traditional model, in SaaS the software (application) is already installed and configured. The user has the advantage of provisioning the server for an instance in cloud and in a couple hours they can have the application ready for use. This reduces the time spent in installation and configuration, and can reduce the issues that can get in the way of the software deployment.
Lower Costs
Because SAAS usually resides in a shared environment where the hardware and software license costs are low compared with the traditional model. It allows small and medium businesses to use software that otherwise they would not use due to the high cost of license. Maintenance costs are reduced as the SAAS provider owns the environment and it is split among all customers that use that solution.
Scalability And Integration
SAAS solutions reside in cloud environments that are scalable and have integration with other SAAS offerings. Compared to the traditional model, users do not have to buy another server or more software. Users only need to enable a new SAAS offering and we will provide that.
New Releases Immediate
When we upgrade our products it immediately becomes available for their customers. The cost and effort associated with upgrades and new releases are lower than the traditional model that tends to force the user to buy an upgrade package, install it and/or pay for specialized services to get the environment upgraded.
What SAAS Means For Our Clients
All a clients has to do is sign our Software as a Service Agreement (SaaS Agreement) and we bill them as per our agreement with them usually based on what customisations we do, how many instances we host, what integrations we manage, what localisations we implement, how many users or consumers are on the specific product and/or a percentage based on transactions processsed.
Our clients do not need to give us their due diligence pack, what we need from them is a signed SaaS Agreement, the API (if it's a technology source we don't already have) and their particular credentials for it. The original vendor of the products will provide them with their credentials direct.
We take care of all of the integration, localisation and normalisation of all of the games, rewards and payments technologies required. In addition we make them available in messenger based formats and mediums like USSD.
